The Polar Express

This weekend, we went to Palestine, TX to ride The Polar Express to the North Pole. Gracie Claire watched the movie for the first time a few weeks ago, and she loved it. When we walked in, we had brownies on our table waiting on us. We had hot chocolate and cookies on the way to and from the North Pole. They had the chefs and the waiters like the movie did. The chefs walked around the whole time talking to the kids and doing things with them. The waiters brought us our hot chocolate and cookies. This is a rather long post because it was difficult to weed out pictures.
Here we are right after we got on the train. You can't tell, but we had matching PJs.
They read the book over the loud speakers, and the chefs walked around showing the kids the pictures from the book.

Gracie Claire was looking for the North Pole and for Santa. He was waiting for us on his porch.

Santa boarded the train and brought bells to all of the children that believed. Madelyn cried when he was giving her bell to her, and Gracie Claire would not look at me because she was checking out her bell.
Checking out the bell.

Another picture of the three of us. You can see our souvenier mugs that they brought our hot chocolate in.
The chef came around and danced with the kids while we sang Christmas carols.
