Daddy's home

Rickey is home for a little while, and the girls are loving it. Here are a couple of pics of them all on the couch, while I get ready for church.

Girl's Birthday Present

Since Rickey is at home, we went ahead and got the girls their birthday present early. Here are a few pictures of Gracie Claire enjoying it. They got it on Rickey's birthday-after we got home from supper with Nen and Poppy. She stayed outside riding it from 8 till 9.

Rickey's Birthday Cake

Rickey's birthday was on Monday. Mama always makes us a cake for our birthday. Of course, Gracie Claire had to help. Mama said that she finally had to just leave it with Gracie Claire. Here are a few pictures of his cake that Gracie Claire decorated all by herself!

Check out the hunter shooting the statue. Half of a bridge-that is really a ladder. We have no idea what the rods are suppose to be, but Gracie Claire can tell you.
The icing was very thick, because that is her favorite part. Did you notice the leaning deer-she would not let you set it up straight! It had to be leaning.

A Wonderful Spring Day

Today is Rickey's birthday. So, yesterday we went down to his Mama's for supper. Ryan and Lacey came up with Kaylee. We spent the afternoon outside playing.

Check out this eye. It is a combination of things-allergies, stopped up tear duct, and her Mama cleaning it with an anitbacterial handwipe. We were eating Saturday and I forgot the wipes in the car. So, when we were done eating I used anibacterial wipes to wipe their mouth and hands. Without thinking, I got one and cleaned Madelyn's eye. Yes, we went to the doctor yesterday morning to make sure there was no permanent damage. Thank goodness they are open 7 days a week.

Who needs a doll when you have Madelyn to push around.

Gracie Claire loves cats! I am afraid that soon when they see her they will run the other way. She treats them like a baby doll.

I think that this is about the best picture of the three of them that I got. Madelyn refused to lay down and Gracie Claire just does not want to look at you and smile.

Rickey's Coming Home

Rickey is coming home tomorrow. I am not going to tell the girls, I am going to let them be surprised. I did this the last time that he came to visit, and Gracie Claire's reaction is just priceless. Madelyn is just a little to small to understand. We don't know how long he will be here, but we do know that he is going to Jackson, MS next. This will be the closest to home that he has been.

Busy Busy Weekend

Rickey was able to come home this past weekend. The girls were so excited and loved getting to play with their daddy.

Sweet Girls

Yes, I know the picture is blurry. But, not only are we walking everywhere, we are running. She loves to run, and when she does, she giggles the entire time.
